Instructions for running Driver's Revenge:

1. Download the VICE Commodore emulator from http://viceteam.bei.t-online.de/
2. Start the xvic VIC-20 emulator.
3. Make sure the VIC is set for unexpanded mode (says "3583 BYTES FREE"). If 
   not, go to Settings, VIC settings and select "no expansion memory". Then
   hit Alt-R to reset the emulator.
4. Go to File, Attach Tape Image and select Revenge.tap.
5. In the emulator, type "LOAD", return. Screen will say "PRESS PLAY ON 
   TAPE".
6. Go to File, Datasette control and select Start. Screen should say
   "OK", "SEARCHING", "FOUND PROGRAM 1", "LOADING", "READY."
7. Type "RUN" return. The emulator will store the programmable characters
   and automatically begin loading the next program. Screen should say 
   "SEARCHING", "FOUND PROGRAM 2", "LOADING", and the game will start
   by itself.

Keys: "Z": move left
      "C": move right

Kill the pedestrians! Oil slicks make you skid sideways, 
potholes and rocks kill you. Game ends after you die three times. 
Hitting Escape-Page Up (= Run/Stop-Restore on a real VIC) 
returns the emulator to a normal state. Typing "RUN" starts a new 
game. Enjoy.
